Give us your flight number when you book
Your flight number is on your ticket or booking confirmation, for example BA 123. Put it in the booking form or tell us when you call. Without it, we can only go by the time you gave us.
Your driver checks the arrival
On the day, your driver checks your arriving flight and changes the pickup time to match. If you land an hour late, the driver arrives an hour later. You do not need to call us from the plane.
Meet and greet, if you want it
If you ask for meet and greet when you book, your driver meets you inside the terminal. Otherwise, we tell you where to meet your driver when we confirm your booking.
The price stays the same
An airport pickup costs the same fixed price as the journey to the airport. A delay does not change it. If your flight lands at Heathrow, a car to Haddenham is £85.
If your flight time changes before the day
We only check arriving flights. If your airline moves your outbound flight, or you change your booking, call 07542 602779 and tell us the new time.
