The details we collect
When you send the booking form, we collect:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your pickup or drop-off address
- your journey: the airport, the date and time, the number of passengers and whether you want a return
- your flight number, if you give it
- anything you write in the notes box
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we see the details you give us there.
Why we use your details
We use your details to:
- reply to your booking request and confirm your booking
- send you a payment link
- carry out your journey, including checking your arriving flight when we pick you up from the airport
- keep the business records the law asks us to keep
The law lets us do this because we need your details to arrange the journey you asked for, and because we must keep some records. We do not use your details for marketing.
Who sees your details
- The driver who carries out your journey sees what they need to pick you up and drop you off.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores booking requests for us.
- The payment company handles your payment when you use the payment link. We do not take card details on this website.
We do not sell your details.
How long we keep your details
We keep booking details only for as long as we need them for your journey and for our business and tax records.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
